Open Mail. Start a new message. Then you can do one of two things: 1. Do command-option-b. or(2) Go into menus (ctrl-option-m) go right to the View column and down to bcc field. Hitting enter or ctrl-option-space should put in a check mark which will enable the bcc field. With either method, the bcc should then always appear in emails; to go back to not having the bcc field, repeat one of the options above and bcc will be turned off again.
