[macvoiceover] Reset everything on snow leopard?

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a way I can reset all the settings of mac OSX snow leopard,
including all voiceover settings, and all settings for the system and
applications. Somethings gone wrong somewhere...
Is there a way I can do this without having to reinstall the OS?
