[macvoiceover] Problems with macos update

To be more specific, as I and otherss are having both problems:
1. In the body of emails, when people backspace, they hear the letter
they are now on instead of the one that was just deleted. Doesn't
happen in subject lines; just the email body when composing and
backspace/deleting.
2. this is much more annoying: very slow safari; sometimes have to
stop and restart vo after new page loads; busy signals. some report
it goes away after a while; it has gotten a bit better but hasn't yet
gone away for me. doesn't affect shiira.
