Ok, I went to the safari menu and chose reset, fiddled with the checkboxes and it still does not present me with quick login. as someone said, this is a badly coded site.

This is interesting. If I paste the page into an email message, I can see the quick login but the good news is that in safari4 at least, there is a login link.
