I'm not having any issues with this at all. I'm using
https://bard.loc.gov
In vo utility, my cursors follow each other and the mouse moves voiceover.
Btw there were typos in the url as you typed it and it wasn't written as a
complete url that showed up as a link, so it may have been confusing to the
people at accessibility@xxxxxxxxxx
