Here’s a step by step…
Open Voiceover utility with VO F8, FN VO F8 is you are on a Macbook.
VO left or right arrow to until you hear utility categories table, then
interact.
VO down arrow until you hear Speech, then stop interacting.
VO right arrow until you hear voices tab, VO space to select it if it isn’t
already selected.
VO right arrow through the different categories until yyou hear default, then
one more time, you shoudl hear which is your default voice, should be Alex if
you’ve never changed it.
VO space on the default voice button then VO up and down arrows through the
list.
When you want to check out a voice, VO space on it and it will become your
default voice. If you don’t like it, hit the button again and pick another.
To add new voices, VO down arrow to the bottom of the list in the default
celections to the customize option. When you hit that you’ll get a table to
make selections. If you’re on a voice you want to hear a sample of, stop
interacting with the table and VO right arrow to the play button. Checking
and unchecking the boxes in the table will enable them or disable them,
they’ll download if they need to when you select Ok, which is the button next
to play, where you heard your sample. It is also the default, so if you just
check the boxes you want you can hit enter and it will process.
Let me know if you have any more questions, and anyone else can feel free to
jump in with efficency suggestions.

In The Voiceover utility there are more voices to chose from, including
extra ones you can download for free. Some of the other voices are language
specific.
It is in the speech category of the utilities category table. Let me know
if you need a more specific step by step.
Once you have other voices lined up, you can use the VO command arrow quick
keys to change without going into the untility. VO command left and right
to get into the voice category, VO up and down arrow to change.

Are there other free voices to download, or even voices to buy, for the
