Go into Finder and tab to the left until you get to the column the holds
MacIntosh HD and Network, and here you should see your External Drive
There are different ways you can organize Finder, I use Colums and simply tab
around using the left, right, up and down arrows.
It is well worth while going for a good explore through the Finder as this is
where the whole thing is organized
You can easily make a new folder by clicking Command Shift and N together then
immediately type the name of that Folder.

Hi all.
So, I plugged in my external hard drive. How do I see the folders/files? I
went to menu/go to but can't find anything there. It is on... and all is
plugged in. The drive is a few months old.
