[macvoiceover] Mouse-keys

Hi all.
I was applauding Apple for getting "mouse-keys on" or "off" to speak when
hitting the option button five times to turn mouse-keys on or off. But
actually, all I'm getting is "mouse-keys off" and indeed mouse-keys is not
turning on. even in Universal Access, I can't select the mouse-keys on
radio button. Is there something I may have turned on that disabled this?
