[macvoiceover] Mail strange behabior

Hello all:
A friend of mine just got a Mac with Lion and when we try to open and work with
Mail, the App just doesn't work. It appears to be opened, but the focus never
stops there. We need to force the exit of the App trough option Command scape
because there is no way to make it response.
My friend says that before she was able to open and look mails, but now it is
just impossible. Any ideas on how to restore Mail.
