Generally, yes. I enter dictated text, then tell it to stop listening, then 
type if necessary.I am not experienced enough to give you a precise answer, 
however, there are small issues that I feel confident Will be overcome as I 
refine my use of this tool. The options are extensive as they are with key 
commands.
So far I am impressed with the accuracy and speed vet dictation has, it seems 
to integrate with voice-over very well.
A lot more study is required.
