Thanks John. Now that I think of it, that's what you said on one of your
tutorials but I didn't put two and two together until you mentioned it again
on the list. Somehow, a second account I have with comcast is now listed
where my sent folder used to be and I have no idea how I could have done
that but something changed.

You have to drag it to the Favorites bar. You can use drag and drop with
VO, but to be honest, if you can get sighted help, it’s much easier.
