[macvoiceover] Mac + Voice Over getting started?

Hi all,
OK, so I now got my Mac Book up and running. But is there like a getting
started guide available? The instructions given after the Mac starts up
for the first time are a good start, but I still don't know a lot of
stuff, like how to navigate through the menus, what the screen looks
like, if there's like a start menu and context menu like on Windows and
stuff like that! So is there like a manual or something, or could
someone maybe help me over Skype or something?
