[macvoiceover] Live regions

Okay, live regions is pretty much what i suspected it was. It involves
being able to access parts of web pages that are being updated without the
whole page being updated so you can sit on the page and keep hearing the
updated information. But, depending on the website, I would imagine this
could definitely cause busy signals or slower performance so I would think
that if it starts causing trouble for me I would only turn it on when I
know I have a page with such updates and then I'd have to see if it worked
or just caused more business. Nice feature if it works.
