You have to buy it and then you can install from iso, you don't need

Yes.

4. Is it possible to install VMware Fusion and then Windows 10
without sighted assistance?
Yes, you just give the product key to vmware fusion and it installs.
If you have a Mac with i5 or i7 cpu and an ssd and a decent amount of
memory it will work fine.

5. Does anyone have any step by step instructions to do all this?
