[macvoiceover] How to read from sursor to end of document with keyboard commands in vo?

Hi all!
How shall I do to read from cursor to the end of document or text with keys? I
use mostly trackpad commands, but when I am in a car it is inposible. VO plus B
doesn't respond as it should. Also, How to read paragraphs?
