Hello Olivia and all: When the dialogue appears use the tab key as you have been doing. when you get to the install button press the spacebar only. wait a few moments and then you should hear the done button if everything has gone according to plan. press either the spacebar by itself or the VO + spacebar and you should be set to go :) Hopefully this information proves useful to you.
