[macvoiceover] HELP!

Hi list,
I really hope someone will be able to help me with this. I've searched the web
but I've not found anything worth my search.
I received some scanned pdf documents for work but I can't read them. I'm
assuming they were scanned in as images. Is there any possible way to convert
these types of files to OCR recognised documents so I can read them? I need
them for a conference tomorrow, and I've not yet been able to look over them. :(
Any cost friendly ways?
