Just did a little playing, the finder sidebar doesn’t seem to behave like a
regular list, so command option up/down arrows doesn’t work like it does in
Reminders for example, and Voiceover drag/drop didn’t work. What finally worked
to move Airdrop around in the Finder sidebar was a mouse down drag. Here’s what
worked for me.
In the finder sidebar, VO arrow up or down to Airdrop.
Mouse down with shift VO command spacebar.
VO up arrow to the item you want Airdrop above, then repeat shift VO command
spacebar to mouse up.
Confirm placement using VO arrows. With more playing around just now it looks
like if you are dragging something down the list it drops below the item you
mouse up on, if you are dragging up the list it places the item above what you
drop on. Limited testing, but it was the case with a small sample size.
