It's for wearing during feminist protests.... 

.... Seriously, a disclosure triangle is a glyph that contains more information 
that you might not, probably don't care about, but if you click on it, you can 
see it.  It's sort of like the sighted person equivalent of interacting with a 
part of the screen; a sighted person can click and get the extra details, or 
skip it and not.  Why triangle, I'm not sure, but I'm sure it's shaped like 
that.
