[macvoiceover] Disabling auto resume?

Hey Guys,
Is there a way to simply do a clean restart in Lion?
So far, when I restart my system it reverts back to my previous work flow,
which I sometimes want, and sometimes don't.
Is there a way to quickly select whether I want to automatically resume where I
left off or not?
