I have been wondering what that was for when everything moves to the bottom of
the screen. I thought it was like a double view thing of the screen.

Yes. This happens on devices with larger screen such as the iPhone 6 when you
double tap the home button without actually clicking the button… Meaning
without actually pressing the button. When you do that everything on the
display shrinks to the lower part of the screen so that you can reach
anything you want with your thumb. It is actually quite useful. I use it all
the time.

Sometimes, regardless of what I am doing, I hear, from my iPhone running the
latest iOS 9 .2 .1, a sound which is reminiscent of the opening and closing
Dashboard noise made by Macz running any OS. Is there a reason for this?
Screen curtain is not on. It usually happens when I am switching apps, but
can sometimes happen inside and app as well. Any ideas what this means?
Be well.
