[macvoiceover] Combo Update?

Hi,
I just did the regular update from the Apple menu and all seems fine. Some of
you listers mentioned the Combo Update which I found by searching on the Apple
site. As it's nearly 500 mb and the regular one was about 175 mb, I figured I
would try the regular one and use the other if a pressing need presented itself.
So, what's in it for me?
