[macvoiceover] Can't get Safari to stop directing to a radio station player!

Hi All,

I recently logged onto a radio station web site in London just to listen to
it. I closed down Safari when I had finished listening and turned off my
MAC. Today when I re-entered Safari the station started playing again and
even if I go to a different web page the radio player keeps playing in the
background. I have made several attempts to reset the hompage in preferences
and General but still this player keeps going. Is there somewhere else I
need to look in order to stop this. I am using Lion.

Many thanks for any help,

Paul.
