Seems to be a particual group of apps that activate teh microphone. So far the
list for me is:
Voice Memos.
Videos in the Camera app.
Voice search on youtube.
Voice search on Google.

Apps for which the BT headset microphone works fine:
Siri.
List Recorder.
Phone.

None of the web searches I’ve done have turned up anything.

One thought I had, some of these apps have brought up a dialogue saying, for
example, Google would like to access the microphone ok or cancel. I’ve said yes
without really thinking, wonder if that setting can be reversed and if it will
matter. Haven’t been able to find it, anyone know where a list of apps with
access to the microphone can be found? If I can get to it I’ll test it out.
