[macvoiceover] About uninstalling apps and cleaning before lion coming

Hello all:
Some have talked about some cleaning apps for mac before installing lion.
How would you advice me to clean it? I need to uninstall some apps, but I don't
find how to uninstall them and get reed of all the files that I don't need.
Also, wtat do I need to clean on my system?
And here I go with an other question.
What known apps are based in roseta, which I know that wont work with lion?
