[macvoiceover] About chating apps, skype and Addium

Hi all!
Now I come with a question about skype and Addium.
When they are, on, some times a system dialogue appears and kind of freases vo.
It says something like system dialogue and I can't do anything during 20
seconds or so. It is annoying because if somebody wrights on a chat for you,
you need to wait until this goes away.
Is there something to do about it?
The same thing happens in skype and addium.
The addium question is about the sound sets that you were talking about, I
can't find them in the addium download page.
