hello !!!! I am a mac user for more than 6 years. i love macs
because of reliability!!! I bouthg a mac book pro about three weeks
ago. I do use the time machine with WD external hardrive to back u
all my files a couple of times a day. The hard drive of my computer
came in bad shape which prevented the VO to verbalize that the back
ups were not done. Please be aware this may happen. I had a long
report due next week and now i have lost everything i did for the
last two days. fortunately i do email my important document to
several email accounts to have copies in case unfortunate incidents
like this happen. The apple store support told me that the disk is
in
pretty bad shape and they will replace it. I just want to aware you
that this kind of things may happen even three weeks after you buy
the
computer. I still love macs and will keep being a fervent user of
macs.
