dove trovi manuali molto utili ma pur troppo in inglese.

questo lo poi scaricare in prova , ha anche una sorte di ocr
rudimentale .
readiris , lo trovi su google , ma pur troppo non poi scaricare una
demo , devi comprarlo a 89 euro.
in tanto prova vuoscan , che è veramente utile in quanto ti fa
funzionare tanti scanner , anche cannonlight 20.
per ultimo ti segnalo che anche abby file reader è arrivato su mac , e
non ha problemi di accessibilità. almeno questo possiamo farcelo
passare ...
il problema di abby è che non scanerizza multiple pagine, e non gira
le pagine che sono con la testa in giù. lo fa vuoscan.
studia e fammi sapere.

Configuring VueScan
1) Open VueScan and read carefully the initial message which informs you as to
whether your scanner has been recognised. If it has, carry on, otherwise follow
VueScan's instructions.
2) Click on "Close" in the bottom right-hand corner, to get away from the
Startup tips.
3) Using the Item Chooser menu (VO-I), press L. If you find Less, press
VO-space bar twice. This minimises the options visible. Otherwise, press Esc to
close the Item Chooser again.
4) Beginning at the top left, select "Input" and keep navigating to the right.
Note: you may encounter an "Unknown" field after hearing "Scan"; if so,
interact with it.
4.1) Navigate to Task and select "Scan to file" in the popup menu.
4.2) Source = your scanner.
4.3) Media = "Text".
Leave other options at their default values.
5) Return to the top left and select tab 5, Output.
5.1) Continue navigating right to "Default folder": enter the name of the
folder where you want the TIFF file to be saved. For example:
"/Users/fred/Documents/Scans". (Don't forget to create this folder before doing
any scanning!)
The @ button opens a File Browser if you want to navigate rather than type in
the folder name.
5.2) Navigate right as far as TIFF file, and check it.
5.3) TIFF file name: enter the name of the file that will receive the TIFF
image. For example: "Letter Image+" (the + tells VueScan to replace the + with
a number and increment it for each new scan).
5.4) TIFF multipage: check if you wish to scan more than one page into a
document.
5.5) Navigate right as far as JPG file, and uncheck it.
Leave other options at their default values.
6) Return to the top left and select tab 6, Preferences.
6.1) Language = "English". (N.B. This sets the interface language.)
6.2) Navigate right as far as Viewer, and use the popup menu to choose
"Readiris".
6.3) Move on to External editor and uncheck it.
Congratulations! You have now configured VueScan. Quit VueScan so that your
changes are saved.
Configuring Readiris
Readiris has many unlabelled fields; as a result it's easier to use the menus
to configure it.
Press Return to check a menu item.
1) Settings Menu:
1.1) Document Type, in the sub-menu, choose Text.
1.2) Page Deskewing, checked.
1.3) Detect Page Orientation, checked.
1.4) Despeckling, leave as is.
1.5) Language, press Return and from the table select the language of the
document you have scanned, then click OK.
1.6) Font Type, leave on "Automatic", unless you know that the scanned document
was printed on a dot-matrix printer. In this case, check "Dot Matrix".
1.7) Character Pitch, leave on "Automatic".
1.8) Text Format, press Return to configure this:
1.8.1) From the popup menu, choose RTF.
1.8.2) Below this, there are three radio buttons. Select the first, "Create
body text".
1.8.3) Navigate down to "Merge lines into paragraphs", and check it.
1.8.4) Use the Item Chooser to go to "Output".
1.8.5) Underneath this, clear the "Ask file name and location" checkbox.
1.8.6) Underneath, click on the popup menu and select "Add Application".
1.8.7) A File Browser opens. You can use Command-Shift-A to go to the
Applications folder, then navigate to the application you want (e.g. TextEdit)
and press Return.
1.8.8) Click on OK at the bottom right.
1.9) Press Return on Save as Default? to preserve these setting for future use.
2) Layout Menu:
2.1) Page Analysis, checked.
2.2) Do not Detect Zones on Borders, checked.
Well done! Readiris is now set up to interpret the document scanned and place
it in a new TextEdit document.

no , con ghost reader non poi scannerizzare. è soltanto un text to
mp3.
se vuoi poi usare vuo scan o readiris per l'ocr.
fammi sapere , se hai bisogno , ci sono dei manuali .
