open voiceover utility with control-option-f8, tab to the "categories table"
(if necessary", type the letter c to jump to the "commanders" pane, press right
arrow to focus on the "keyboard commander" tab to help, press the space bar and
you can learn all about the keyboard commander. This type of (context
sensitive)help is everywhere on your mac.
