Both of those work to open a window however I am looking for a way to make
the mail window open when you open the mail program. In every other

The view menu I gave was a tab within the mail prefferences.
It comes after the accounts tab,the first item in it is list preview and
there’s a popup there to choose to give preview of the emails by line,I

Catalina. I have to open it manually every time. At one time some one
on this list told me where the check box is to make this happen but it
