[mac4theblind] growl 1.3.3. I can't get it to work

Hello to all. I cannot get growl and dropbox to talk to each other. I just 
bought the app and set it up to where the default is speech and even picked the 
voice but when I hit preview nothing happens. I have chosen alex but I cannot 
get it to play. I know my stuff updates as I see the size change, how ever I 
cannot get growl to notify me of the change. Can someone give me a pointer. I 
also have dropbox set to use speech as well through the notification thing 
under the app section of the growl prefs. Here is a dropbox ink explaining how 
I have it set up. Can anyone help here?
