Hi Sarah, I'm not sure what you are asking here. If you bought or downloaded apps on your Mac, they should be in the Apps area of your source view. Invalid locations usually means that one has deleted something in finder or such, but the shortcut in the iTunes library is still there. For example, you delete songs out of your iTunes library folder in Finder, but you will still see them listed in your library if you are in iTunes and are viewing the Music list. You should, by the way, always delete songs in iTunes. I'm not sure, though, why apps would not be transferring. This is where you have me confused. You said they are on your phone? Are they not transferring back to the Mac? Take Care John D.
