It compresses data so it makes your carrier think you use less bandwidth. You
are in fact using a lot less bandwidth and some stuff I noticed when I was on
at&t loaded a lot faster.
It will not how ever work on audio and video. I've talked to them and they
said 2 years ago they would work on that.
