you could try using ICloud, think this will do what you say you need.

Subject: [mac4theblind] Two questions about Notes
So, I have a few notes on my native notes app on my IPhone 4S that I've
jotted down with the help of Seri. I hear, now, someone correct me here
if I am wrong, that there is a way to sync my notes through ITunes to my
macbook, and then view/modify them through the Mail app on the mac. Is
this true, and if so, once they're synced, which that much I'm quite
confident I can figure out myself how to do, then, how do I read them on
the mac side of things?
Also, would I benefit from buying EverNote? What does it let me do, that
the native app won't, aside the obvious of... "Um... a lot?" Please don't
point to to a web site, and otherwise give me no information. I already
have read online about Ever Note, but it's still not totally making sense
to me the differences. Maybe I'm just an old fart who's a bit stupid in
that area, LOL! but I just don't seem to be grasping.
I've heard mixed stories. Some say EverNote can die and shove its own
self up it's own arse, but I've heard others who swear by it.
