I am not sure what other commands you need.
But FYI, the command+comma works for all applications not just in mail
so for instance, you might want to check the preferences in finder, the same
command will open its preferences.
I don’t know how you get to your apps,but in case your not aware, vo+d opens
the dock which has many apps there and you can add or remove apps as well.
I personally find that handy.
But look for help you might explore VO help, vo+h
and command help is, vo+h,h
