[mac4theblind] Sophos installer won't close!

I installed sophos and I think I tried to install it again not knowing that it 
had already gone to my ap folder.

Now, it says the installer is busy and when I do command Q it says the 
installer is busy and can't close.  

I tried a forced quit but I don't see the installer as an option.

Please make it go away.

It's been at least three hours, so I know it should be done if it's doing 
anything at all except maybe being a little bratty program that won't go away:)

Please help:)
