[mac4theblind] Numbers spreadsheet

I have purchased and installed numbers on my MacBook Pro. I was able to get it
to open one of my XL spreadsheets but every time I pressed a key to move to a
different cell it said busy. Is there a podcast where I can learn how to use
numbers? If not, can someone lend some support?************
