3 problems not resolved over the telephone with Apple Accessibility.
Voice Over goes from very soft to very loud. Not resolved by turning off audio
ducking.
Unable to back-up using external hard drive and Time Machine. Error has
occurred, nothing further in Details. Not resolved by Apple Accessibility over
the telephone.
In safe mode, was going to go for new install of Seri but then I have no wifi,
not resolved by Apple Accessibility over the telephone. It ws suggested I
needed sighted help to use the mouse to enable my home wi-fi. Not resolved by
Apple Accessibility over the telephone.
If you feel you can assist with resolving these errors happy to hear from you
either on or off list.
