[mac4theblind] Is it possible to customise the VO sounds?

Hi all, just wondering is it at all possible to customise Voiceover's built in
sounds to have certain ones disabled and others remaining?
I ask this because for the most part I like a lot of the sounds but there are
just one or two that I would like to be able to disable if possible.
If anyone can let me know if this can or can't be done then please then let me
know.
