Have just received the following on a UK list, and hope it may be of interest
here.

Hello All,
Many users spend a significant amount of time using eMail and hitherto the
release of MacOS Mojave, Dragon for Mac did not support talking and typing in
the native Mac mail application.
However a client who has just updated to MacOS Mojave has observed that Dragon
for Mac Professional (the client is using the latest version 6.0.8) is now able
to support talking and typing within the native Mac mail application.
Although Nuance has not explained the shortfall in functionality, it now seems
clear that the reason why Dragon for Mac did not work well within the Mac Mail
application was because Apple did not adhere to its own accessibility API!
This made it impossible for Dragon to control the mail application fully and
the cursor never knew where it was on the page.
The client advises that with the update to MacOS Mojave this is no longer the
case as with the update he is now suddenly significantly more productive within
the Mail application!
After further investigation the client says that he wouldn’t go as far as to
say that the update fully supports "dictating and typing", but maintains that
he is significantly more productive when working in the Mac mail application
with Dragon for Mac on MacOS Mojave.
To establish whether MacOS Mojave fully supports dictating and typing requires
more time and investigation but early results are very positive.
However at least as far as voice access is concerned, Mojave is definitely a
step ahead of High Sierra.
