I think that would unsettle me to discover some of my mailboxs were missing
especially if I had save messages in them.
I have noticed that the recovered mailbox sometimes shows messages I thought
I had deleted or moved but later could not find where it went to.
Have you addressed this issue with Apple? Just seems odd to me that new OS
would not show all the mailboxs as in previous OSX versions.
Would it be a column verses list view issue?

Honestly, I think this is a Big Sur oddity. My all junk and all trash
folders seem to be missing. I have an all sent, all inboxes and all drafts
mailbox. I’m not sure what happened to the junk and trash Smart Folders.
