Summer Institute Committee
Dear MAASE Members:
The Grand Traverse Resort is ready to accept reservations for the
Summer Institute 2009 Conference. Conference dates are: Sunday,
8/9/09 (Golf Tournament) –through Wednesday, 8/11/09. Guest room
rates are as follows:
-Hotel Guestroom: $199.00
-Tower Guestroom: $229.00
-Studio Condominium: $189.00
-One Bedroom Condominium: $229.00
-Two Bedroom Condominium: $289.00
-Three Bedroom Condominium: $339.00
All rates include the $9.95 resort fee. Even if tax exempt, there
will still be a 2% city tax added to the above rates.
These room rates are for arrival 8/9/09 and departure 8/12/09. These
same group rates will be honored for our attendees two (2) days before
group arrival and two (2) days after group departure based on
availability. Reservation requests can be phoned in to: 800-968-7352.
Please note that these rooms are available on a “first come-first
served” basis. We have been told that should our block be filled and
there are still availabilities at the resort our group rates will be
honored. Please do not wait until the last minute to reserve your
accommodations. Our room block will be held until July 19, 2009. Any
rooms in the block not reserved at that time will be released to the
public.
