Well, talking about libgit2, I saw
https://github.com/libgit2/luagit2
and
https://github.com/luapower/libgit2
Both of them are looks abandoned (and out of sync with current libgit2 API)
and also second one even having beauty "dropping linux & windows" support
commit at the main page.
And it looks like it is similar situation over libssh2 bindings :'(
