[lptv] What to do if Masterplay says it took too long to load a file

Hi LPTV Loopers,

For my Masterplay system, it didn't play a file this morning and said to check 
my drive/system speed.  I suppose this means that the hard drive needs to be 
replaced, right?  I saw that the defrag tool automatically runs every Wednesday 
at 1AM, so the drive is not fragmented.

Has anyone else experienced this?  I have seen other warnings that files were 
able to load but that they took a long time to load.  Is there a setting in 
Masterplay to load files sooner?  In this case, it only tried to load the file 
6 seconds before it was to play.
