| Urgent FCC Deadlines Alert. |

| IMPORTANT FILING DEADLINES REMINDER. |
| FCC REIMBURSEMENT FILING DEADLINE OCTOBER 8th 2021 FOR MOST LPTV,
TRANSLATOR, AND CLASS A STATIONS. The FCC has issued a Public Notice
reminding all full-power and Class A TV stations that were repacked in Phases 1
through 5 of the post-incentive auction repacking of the TV band (and repacked
stations that were granted permission to transition prior to Phase 1) that they
must submit all remaining invoices for reimbursement from the TV Broadcaster
Relocation Fund no later than October 8th, 2021. ANALOG TO DIGITAL CP
DEADLINE IS JANUARY 10th 2022. Analog stations that received digital CP
extensions now have 1/10/2022 expiration dates, unless they requested an
earlier date. Stations that need additional time to construct beyond that date
must file for tolling and must satisfy the Commission’s tolling standard under
73.3598(b) of the Rules. |
