I cannot find how to add an EEOC form and file it in LMS. Any suggestions? I
have called fcc and was told not needed by lptv with less than 5 employees but
the it shows as error in licensing app and will not let me proceed Then help
desk said enter 0000 for file number. Also a no go!Filled out form to ask fcc
