Looking over the posts after I asked about others that have received
reimbursement money, we are no further along with the problem.
We filed all the paperwork information back when it was due. Now we received a
message from a woman at some company called "cbandrpc.onmicrosoft.com" asking
for verification on our banking information.
After contacting the original company (RPC) and the person at their help desk.
He said he never heard of this company before.
We talked with the bank and once you give someone your account information for
direct deposit, they can make a deposit OR they can also make a withdrawal and
clean out the whole bank account! The bank manager says it happens all the time
at her branch alone.
We want to make sure to get the information to the correct person, but it seems
the women's company might not be the right company to give that information
to???

If you did, did you work with anyone from "cbandrpc.onmicrosoft.com"?
