The week before last we got into a mess because we did not have one and other's
contact details.
In order to avoid future problems it has been suggested that we exchange
contact details.
I propose that the best way to achieve this is for us to all send out details
to one person (me) and then I will both send you the full list of everyone who
wants to share their details and give you a link to where it is stored on the
web.
Therefore can you send me the details that you wish to share by next Thursday.
There is no obligation to share of course so if you choose not to then I will
just leave your details blank.
The details you might wish to share are:
Your name please to help me not to get confused
Your email address
Mobile number
Home number
Full postal address
Any other email addresses that you use. This could be important in the case of
someone impersonating you so that other's can check that the email has at least
come from one of your email addresses.
Any other details such as wife's name dog's name etc. in freeform format!
Talking of next Thursday I think that I may be leading the walk but would
welcome any other suggestion because we have done quite a lot of walking in
this area recently. My walk would be from Stannington.
