So I at last got around to googling for the Portland troubles. The first
Google response was as you see.
Zero Hedge as the FIRST Google response? With an article written by "Tyler
Durden”?
Here’s who it/he/they is/are, according to Wikipedia:

pseudonym "Tyler Durden", a character from the novel and film Fight Club.

It/he/they also do(es)n’t seem to be very good at math — at least according the
the quick calculations I made trying to correlate the figures given within the
‘article’ with the headline above it.
(Replication of those calculations is left as an exercise for the reader, or
any grade-school dependents, relations or associates thereof.)
