Hi,
Thanks for this.
?
An ancedote:
It was intriguing as over the Spring Break time, my sister and her family
visited. My niece is being recruited by schools for any (or all) of the sports
she plays. One of them was William Jewell here in the KC area.? Small but
pretty campus--my son has gone to various things they have had for high
school?kids in the area.?We?visited the campus one day (about 40 minutes from
my home) and alas--the school was also on Spring Break.?We went to the gym to
see if we could, at least, look at it.?Lots of cars, but closed. A car drove
up--a nice young man in it...? We asked him to chat with the kids in the car
about going to Jewell--turns out he is a senior, but an RA at the freshman
dorm.?My son is now leaning towards going there--the kid has a double major but
the only one he focused on was the Philosophy?one...? (They are pretty good in
women sports, esp soccer, so maybe I'll get to go watch my niece in a year or
two...and then The Cousins can go there together...Except my son tell
s me that he may want to go out of state to college...)

Oh--and it IS National Poetry Month here in the USA--and I'm waiting to hear
people's favorites...

Best,
Marlena in Missouri
